About Our CARE Dogs Program
California Service Dog Academy is excited to announce that we are now offering service dogs to individuals who are in need of a service dog but do not have any prior military service. With three years of experience, CSDA has developed a wonderful approach to training successful service dog teams. California Service Dog Academy is proud to be able to say our CARE Dogs program provides our clients with comfort, assistance, reliability, and encouragement through training, education, and support.
Two Ways To Train
Our CARE program is open to individuals who have their own dog they would like to train as a service dog as well as those who need a dog provided by CSDA. The costs associated with each path in the CARE Dogs program varies, but both options include a well-rounded training program for both the dog and the handler. We believe that in order for a service dog team to be truly independent and successful, both the handler and the dog need to understand each other very well. Our program takes that into consideration and makes sure we provide the training and education necessary for the dog and the handler to prosper in their everyday lives.
