Our career change dogs are washed from our program for different reasons. CSDA will give full disclosure as to why these dogs were washed in order to make sure they are matched with their perfect forever home. Each dog does have an adoption fee that will depend on the dog, their behavior, and their training level.
**Our career change dogs are to be adopted as family pets ONLY, not as potential service dogs.

Name: Moose
Age: 2 years old Neutered Hi! My name is Moose! I just turned 2 years old! My Birthday is 3/8/2022 and for my birthday I would really love a forever home. I was selected to be a service dog because I am very smart and loving, but unfortunately my X-Rays showed that my hips did not meet the incredibly high standards required for service work. I was told this means that I can be placed into a forever home sooner, rather than later, so I can wag my tail at that! My hobbies include playing with my puppy dog pals of all sizes, sneaking up on cats, but being too scared to get close, and playing with toys with my human friends. I would really love a family that would give me snuggles and let me lounge around the house with them. A lazy sunday is a sunday fun day to me! I can be a big ball of energy, but I fizzle out fast and enjoy a nice nap! Although I am not trained for service work, I have been working on a few things like Come, Sit, Down, and Stay. I am learning not to jump up on people and am making good progress, but sometimes forget when I get really excited. My friends say they can provide some training tips to my new family, which would be great because the only thing I love more than naps is to interact and train with my human friends! I will be the goodest boy if given the chance. Help me fulfill my birthday wish and find me a forever home. |
