Complaint Procedure for Applicants and Clients
California Service Dog Academy is dedicated to providing wonderful service to anyone involved in our organization. If you have an issue you would like to address, please let us know. The following steps are provided to help your complaints be addressed; however, if you feel your complaint may not be addressed properly by following these steps or if you are not satisfied with these steps, please know that you can contact our Board of Directors at any time to review your complaint directly by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 1: You may submit a complaint in writing by either emailing a certified letter to our facility located at 18701 Lort Drive, Visalia, CA 93292 or emailing us at email@example.com. Your concern will be reviewed by one of our staff members within 3 to 5 business days and you will be contacted with an update.
Step 2: Your concern will be thoroughly investigated by a manager who will then report their findings to the Executive Director. If necessary, additional factfinding will be undertaken. You will receive a written response from our Executive Director within 5 to 10 business days of your complaint being received. We hope to have a solution to your concerns but if not, the Board of Directors will be notified of your concerns and your complaint will proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: The Executive Director will review your concern with the Board of Directors and a final decision will be rendered within 10 working days after the procedures outlined in Step 2 are complete. A written summary of the resolution will be provided to you.
